Absentee ballots mailed, please vote and return if not attending the conference

Absentee Ballots were mailed to all members May 26.  We will be filling two Director positions on the Board this year.  We will also be voting for all four officer positions.  None of the positions are contested.  Enclosed with your ballots are short biographical sketches of each officer and the two director candidates.  On the ballot, simply check the box by each candidate and return it in the smaller envelope that is pre-addressed to the Nominations Chair, CCHQ, 110 Fox Court, Wildwood, FL.  These ballots will remain sealed until opened by the Nominations Committee at the Business Meeting at the Annual Conference, Friday, September 18,.  You must put a stamp on the envelope containing your ballot.

If you are coming to the Conference please do not return a ballot by mail.  Blank ballots will be available for you at the Business Meeting. All ballots must be returned to CCHQ by September 1 in order to be valid.
