Too often we take for granted the basic freedoms we enjoy.  And we sometimes lose sight of the sacrifices made by those defending us at home and abroad.  Two of this week's videos have been selected to give you a feel of what it is like to serve in combat zones over seas and on the front lines of protecting our borders.
