1st Place: Sgt. Timothy Shelby, CVIC-MCB Quantico This was a story on the running of the annual Marine Corps marathon series called the “Historic Half,” which last year moved from Quantico to Fredericksburg, VA. More than 3,000 runners took part in the inaugural event, which had the runners winding through one of America 's most historic cities.
