Conference Alert
A major water main ruptured near Andrews that is impacting services not only on base but all of the surrounding areas. The base is currently operating with several restrictions on services and facilities. Of most concern is billeting which is allowing only folks on orders to check in until the problem is resolved. The Presidential Inn and the Conference Center are located side-by-side. The Club at Andrews is north of each and located on Arnold Avenue. The Freedom Hall Dining Facility is in Bldg. 1628 is between Arkansas Rd. and D Street fairly close to the Presidential Inn. Gunn: Famed newspaperman passes
