About Conference Registration Fees
Each hotel CCHQ deals with charges for meeting rooms, the hospitality suite, and charges for setting up, tearing down, preparing for special events, etc. These are considered facilities charges. When CCHQ feels they have negotiated the best possible bottom line facilities price, we then ask the hotel for certain concessions. In most cases the hotels include food for certain events scheduled.
