Retired GySgt. <strong>Benny Marrufo</strong>, 75, of Aurora, CO died January 1 of medical complications. Benny enlisted in 1953 and served as a combat correspondent in Vietnam in 1965-66 at the Danang Press Center and again in 1969-70 as a member of the Department of Defense MoPic Team.

CC Steve Stibbens reports: "It is with great sadness I have learned that our friend died in Washington Thursday December 30th in Sibley Memorial Hospital. Greg Zorthian, Barry's son, an editor at the Financial Times in New York said this morning that both he and brother Steve, also of New York, were with Barry when he passed away.
