Ralph Eugene Anderson, 70, of Spotsylvania County died Dec. 15, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital. Mr. Anderson was a U.S. Army veteran. He was the director of Combat Visual Information Center at Quantico for 29 years. He was a beloved husband, father and friend. Eddie Kafafian , a member of the Los Angeles chapter , was the 2009 World War II Grand Marshall at the Sixth Annual San Fernando Valley Veterans Day Parade . The tradition was started in 2004.
