An ambitious memorial project launched by the rejuvenated San Diego Chapter will honor twice-USMCCCA president and its first executive director, the late Robert "Mo" Morrisey . "Project Mo" will culminate with the placing of a commemorative plaque, photo and inscription on San Diego's Mount Soledad in La Jolla during the USMCCCA annual conference September 2012.
