Most of us who served in Korea or the Korean-era remember the story of the famous horse that transported gear to the front lines. SSgt. Reckless will be honored at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 26 with the dedication of a memorial at the National Museum of the Marine Corps . There will be a pre-show at 12:45. Scholarship Deadline : June 1 is the deadline for USMCCCA Foundation scholarship funding. Members, dependents of members, and active duty Marines in both the 43 and 46 occupational fields are eligible for scholarships.
