Okay, as many of you know (or not) ... for tax purposes and fundraising there are two accounts set up. USMCCCA and USMCCCA Foundation. If you are sending in a check to pay for something, please use the following as the payee. Make payable to: USMCCCAfor the following only: - Dues - Conference registration - Quartermaster gear Make payable to USMCCCA Foundationfor: - Booster Club - Dedicated Member - Journal ads - Merit Award Sponsorship - any other charitable contributions Credit card payments will be payable to the Association or Foundation in accordance with the above. You may also use your credit card on the website and click on the appropriate Pay button. Some Foundation contributions may be deductible on your income tax return. Whether or not any contribution is tax deductible should be discussed with a tax expert or accountant.
