Deadline for Heritage Foundation nears

The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation continues to accept submissions for its Annual Awards Program until the January 9, 2013 deadline. Artists, writers, photographers, videographers and journalists are encouraged to submit their own work or the distinguished work of another for consideration in the annual Awards program. The Foundation recognizes superior achievement in journalism, literature, art, photography, videography, drama and museum exhibits. Previous award winners include active duty Marines, retired Marines and civilians of all ages and backgrounds interested in portraying or recognizing some aspect of Marine life, culture, history, or work.
