Renaldo R. Keene, 73, of Stafford County, passed away on February 7, 2020 with his family by his side at Genesis Healthcare-Woodmont facility, Fredericksburg. Renaldo was born July 22, 1946 in Sioux City, Iowa to Allen Richard Keene and Lucy Cruz. He graduated in 1965 from East High School in Sioux City and joined the Marine Corps. I recall Herb on his motorcycle until the accident that broke his leg. Always a helluva writer. I understand family has requested a private ceremony with donations to a hospice in lieu of flowers.
