Nomination Deadline Coming

Members are reminded that the deadline for nominations for officers and directors of the Association  must be made to CCHQ by May 15. We will elect all officers and three directors at the Oceanside Business Meeting in September.  The officers will serve for a one year period; directors, two year terms. While not an absolute requirement, interested applicants should be willing to attend the annual conference, board and business meetings each year of their term of office.  Periodic board meetings are normally held electronically using email to vote.  On occasion, board members will be asked to vote via telephone on urgent matters. If you are interested in serving either as an officer or director or have someone in mind who would, verify their willingness to serve, then contact CCHQ at usmccca@cfl.rr.com or call 352.748.4698.
