Advertising: Calendar and Rates

USMCCCA Annual Conference Journal Editorial and Advertising Calendar 2009

The United States Marine Corps Combat Correspondents Association will publish its annual Conference Journal for 2009 during the month of July at Ford Press, Leesburg, FL.

Deadlines: June 1 for advertising, including pub set and reproduction.

Digital File Requirements: High resolution (300 DPI) PDF, TIFF, EPS, QuarkXPress and Adobe InDesign only. Images downloaded from web pages cannot be accepted due to their low resolution.

Acceptable Software: QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop CS3. No MS Publisher, MS Word, Corel Draw, BMP, JPG or low-res files PDF files accepted.

Acceptable Media: Email or send CD’s via snail-mail. A proof from the CD must be submitted with the ad. The USMCCCA Journal is not responsible for errors in digitally supplied ads not accompanied by a proof.

Pub set: Reasonable typesetting and digital scanning will be accomplished at no additional cost.
Note: Full and half-page ads will be placed free of charge on our website at http://www.usmccca.org/conference/journal-advertisers.
