COST: $75.00 per person

DRESS CODE: Shirts with collar; no short shorts
Individual entrants are welcome and will be teamed by the tournament committee, on first come, first served basis, until all 36 teams are filled. No team handicap total under 40. Only one individual team member handicap under 10. There will be free range balls at the course (come early!). There will be prizes for closest to pin (all four par 3s) longest drive and first two places and Senior team. Super Tickets available for purchase at check-in for $20.00. Super Ticket includes: a Grand Prize raffle, one door prize ticket, six Chinese raffle tickets, three mulligans (1one putt, 1 tee, and 1 fairway), and a putting contest. There will be other raffle tickets for sale at 1 for $1.00 or 6 for $5.00. There will also be free Heineken beer on the course and at lunch. We expect a full field (limited to 144 players), so please register as soon as possible. Corporate teams are encouraged at the below listed sponsor levels. Once 36 teams are filled, names will be carried on a waiting list – first signed, first served . Registration fees will be refunded if not assigned.
Tournament Patrons (Platinum: $5,000, Gold: $3,000, Silver: $2,000 and Bronze: $1,000), Tournament Patrons are entitled to 4 players, listing in the Tournament Journal and a hole sponsorship. Hole sponsorships and/or donations of money or prizes are requested and will be greatly appreciated. A Corporate Team may be fielded for a $500 donation, which includes listing in the Tournament Journal and sponsorship of one hole.
