FL Chapter: Meeting set for May 2 in Clermont

Just a reminder. The Florida Chapter will meet at noon on 2 May 2009 at Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club in Clermont, FL. While we will discuss all Chapter concerns, the main topic will be the 5 June golf tournament. Think about what you can contribute – play – get players – get sponsors – get prizes – get donations. Think of a way to participate in a great cause. As you know we give all monies raised to the USMCCCA Foundation for further contribution to Wounded Marines Funds and our Scholarship Program.

Jack Paxton and Don O’Neal (Foundation President) have arranged for free Heineken beer products for all players. Gene Smith our Chapter golf pro has arranged for many many prizes including Callaway golf balls for all players. It’s a great deal. For only $65 a player gets to play a very good golf course, gets a good lunch, an excellent door prize, free beer, Calloway golf balls, great prizes and as the commercials always say “much much more”. Do what you can and hope to see you at the meeting.
